My passion for baking started when I was little, I’ve always enjoyed creating nice treats for my friends and family to enjoy; it’s my way of saying thank you.
When I was diagnosed with Coeliac disease in 2016, my spark for baking dropped significantly as baking gluten-free goods wasn’t as easy as ‘normal’ baking. It’s taken me a few years to master my favourite bake; the Victoria Sponge. With a few changes and added ingredients, I now love baking (and cooking) again, and I am always trying out new recipes, flavours and decoration styles.
