– I will only use your personal data when permitted. The use of your personal data will only be used when I need to contact you regarding artwork or payment only.
– I will never share your personal data with third-party services or any other individuals.
– You agree to provide me with everything that I need to complete the project including text,
images and other information as and when I need it, and in the format that I ask for. I will
then supply you with a quote.
– You’ll review my work which will be watermarked and provide feedback and approval in a
timely manner.
– Once payment has been received, I will send over all artwork with the watermark removed.
– I’m not responsible for writing or editing any text copy unless specified in the original
estimate.
– You should supply graphic files in an editable, vector digital format. You should supply
photographs in a high resolution digital format. If you choose to buy stock photographs, I
can suggest stock libraries too. Confirmation will be needed.
– You must be specific with your feedback. If you are requesting revisions, it is most effective
to offer examples of colours, fonts, images and sites you like.
